We generally respond within 1–2 business days. Replies may take a little longer during holidays, new releases, or unusually busy periods—but we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Need help with an order?

To help us find your order and assist you faster, please include:

● Your full name

● Your order number

● The email address used at checkout

● A clear description of what you need help  with

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please also include clear photographs of:

● The entire item

● The specific issue

● The shipping packaging and label, when relevant

Please do not send complete credit-card numbers, bank-account information, passwords, or other sensitive financial information through email or the contact form.

Need to change an order or address?

Send us a message as soon as possible. Because every Flamingo Taylor shirt is made to order and may enter production quickly, we’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been submitted.
